3. Payments and Orders
All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP) through our secure online checkout.
Upon successful placement of an order, an automated confirmation will be sent via email.
We maintain the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, clear pricing mistakes, or fulfillment issues. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in full.
4. Custom and Personalised Goods
Consumers are responsible for the accuracy of all names, dates, and text provided for custom orders.
We fulfill orders exactly as submitted. Once production has started on a bespoke item, we may be unable to accept changes or cancellations.
Under UK law, personalised goods are typically exempt from standard cooling-off periods and returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, though this is an estimate rather than a fixed guarantee.
Delivery speed is subject to courier performance and external factors. It is the customer's duty to provide a valid and complete shipping address. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed so we can assist.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. For standard, non-personalised items, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days to send the item back.
