We hope you will be delighted with your Bear and Rhyme purchase. If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it.

Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at bearandrhyme@gmail.com so that we can help put things right.

Refunds for eligible returns will be made to the original payment method in accordance with your statutory rights.
